My family really enjoyed ourselves...

Liked: I love the location of this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean facility. The family and kids enjoy the pool area. The breakfast was good! Thank you guys!

Very disappointed!!

Liked: Under construction pool really cold we ended up leaving didn’t stay. Receptionist very nice and was very sorry.
Disliked: Was told only hot tub under construction. Whole pool area had plastic hanging all around it. Pool very cold. Kids couldn’t get in it too cold! Room had wet carpeting throughout. Ended up leaving didn’t stay. They said would refund us. But wasn’t sure how to refund since through booking.com.

Good stay

Liked: Elizabeth, at the front desk checked us in. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms and decor were great. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff very attentive.
Disliked: Pool was being renovated. Wish we would have known beforehand.

It was ok

Disliked: Was expecting a hot tub in the room. Didn’t get it the front desk guy said it was because I booked thru booking.com And the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. And walls are super thin heard and after party and some adult noises.. lol

Disliked: Pool and hot tub under construction there was so many people you couldn't relax they have kids pool party's there all the time it was way to crazy, lil kids running up and down the hall ways all night long and choose this place for the pool had I known that the pool area was gonna be completely gutted I would of chose another hotel ,room price should have been discounted

Liked: Stoney Creek used to be a nice place to stay. Now there’s not much to like about it.
Disliked: Not very clean, they put my kids and I on the top floor where all the partiers were and it was very loud and the whole floor smelled like marijuana. The pool was nasty and you literally couldn’t even see through it. Gross
