Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel! The room was clean and all the supplies plus some! Everything worked great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great options for breakfast also! Parking was amazing.

Bad

Disliked: The general manager called me the day before and told me they couldn’t honor my reservation made 6 months prior but would send me a list of a few hotels that may have openings. I asked why didn’t they cancel whoever reserved after me. He couldn’t say other than they had a big sports event reservation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would say this room...

Liked: Shower was decent with and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Lighting and AC/Heat was exceptional. Decent sized TV. Theme was pleasant, we laughed pretty hard at the moose head towel wrack.
Disliked: Though the bed was solid and stable, looking underneath revealed that 2 supports were fully broken off. Mini fridge had a broken shelf and was half pulled out of the frame. Window blinds were broken and didn't fully close. Microwave was tiny and VERY loud. "Hot Tub" was just a bath tub jacuzzi, not an actual Hot Tub barely big enough for my wife and I (we're not large people). Overall property was run down, wall paper was peeling, carpet torn and warped in corners all over, burnt out lights, etc.
