Staff is super friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. We attended a concert at Tyson Events Center and it was literally right next door! So convenient we will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Disliked: Train tracks right beside but that never bothered us.

This hotel was awesome - the set up makes you feel like you're in a cute little cabin and makes you feel so comfortable. We attended a concert at the Tyson Center and the hotel was literally right next to it - it all worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay in it again.

Disliked: We called to make sure that pets were aloud. We were told yes. They informed us of the fee, but fail to mention what pets they would or wouldn’t allow. They would not refund us even though we ended up having to find a new hotel hours away.

Disliked: Handicap parking could've been better located. I'm a service connected disabled Army vet. Mobility access is important. Also, would be nice if the end of the Wings on the ground floor had exits you could use with your room key. I understand the security of controlled access is important. But your customer, "the guest", a comfort/convince, doesn't that count too?
