Excellent and helpful staff, clean...

Liked: I have stayed here seveeal times, and it is ideal for my needs.
Disliked: It would be nice if there were rooms with high toilets. The low ones are sometimes difficult for me.

Very good

Liked: Very comfortable and staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the fireplace.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little underwhelming. But besides that no complaints.

Liked: We arrived to an overly crowded hotel, I tried to cancel but was going to be charged anyway. Staff was rude we literally checked in, got in our car and left. Didn’t matter as I was paying for the room regardless. We did not stay at hotel.

i give an 8 and...

Liked: i liked everything but my room location, was hoping for a view of the lake, and the syrup is packaged cold, maybe invest in a syrup warmer because hotcakes or waffels are not good with cold syrup, thank you.
