Liked: I love this hotel. It’s my top pick for location and price. I’ve stayed there multiple times and always try to book there first when planning a trip.

Disliked: I stayed at the Stoney Creek in Independence so I thought it would be similar here. Not at all. It’s very outdated and doesn’t feel like a clean hotel. We were “upgraded” because of some booking problem so the bed situation changed. I felt like I was sleeping on old twin size mattress from camp. No box spring. There was a fair amount of trash outside in all of the bushes. I’ll never stay here again.

Would not recommend this hotel....

Liked: The breakfast was dismal. There was no TV service during our stay and since we had booked thru Booking.com was unable to accept the offer to cancel our stay since we would pay more for a room elsewhere at such short notice.
Disliked: This facility needs work. Many noticeable repairs need to be made. Also, if you are going to offer a "suite" with a kitchen there should be dishes, glassware and silverware with a minimum of a pot to cook in.
