Overall great place to stay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbouring rooms at all.
Disliked: The parking garage is a bit difficult to navigate and the bathroom lights were bizarre and it took us a while to understand how to make them work as there were switches at both entrances but they both had to be "on".

Great stay in ideal location....

Liked: Room was very clean and a fantastic size. The kitchen and living room was lovely and comfortable. Beds were lovely and large plus well appointed bathrooms. BBQ on the balcony with gas provided was a great addition. Instructions on the operation of fire and washing machine would a nice touch

The mountains were fantastic- hotel...

Liked: In the six days of our stay, our room was only cleaned one time with change of sheets and towels. Our trash was never empty for five days and we were told it would be serviced every other day. Went to service desk three times- brought cleans towels to our room ourselves. Construction happening outside our window. But for the money- go elsewhere. I expected top service from this type of facility. My sister-in-law and I were on a retreat after the deaths of our husbands. What a bummer!
Disliked: Pay attention to the housekeeping services. They came 5 minutes one day and after that we had to go to the service desk for towels. Never came back to clean rooms - double king size rooms, change sheets, take out trash, or replace towels. After notifying management three times- they sent a man the night before checkout. They promised results but gave none. Six days and only cleaned room once. This is not 4-5 star quality.
