It was a fine room....

Liked: I liked the mini kitchen area.
Disliked: Elevator was dirty, smelled and shook as it went up and down. Scary.

Freezing

Disliked: I walked into a room with no heat. It took hours to warm the room and still barely comfortable. All the heat was trapping in the curtains where the fan was pointing into the fabric. I was cold all night and couldn't sleep for a 3 a.m wake up to head to the airport.

Liked: We love the ability to safely park our car & use their shuttle service for our trips. The accommodations are comfy & staff are helpful.

Disappointing

Liked: The pool and hot tub was nice, so was the room.
Disliked: I called ahead of time about the pet fee and they didn’t tell me about the 50$ accident fee. When we checked out they didn’t tell us they would try charging 250$ to our cards for “smoking marijuana”. We literally had a whole thanksgiving dinner in there. They saw all the containers. Can’t think of another reason than scamming us.
