Disliked: The vanity light was burnt out was replaced when I called down The pillows were absolutely awful ,old lumpy and high The shower head is broken and needs replacing Doors were dirty. Needs scrubbing around the trimmings The phones don’t dial to the desk anymore Big water stain on ceiling tiles in bathroom

Liked: The entry way was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and room were clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor value. All cold food and mostly sugary carbohydrates. The staff on in the evening didn’t come out of the back room until I physically called the hotel. We waited 10 mins to check in.
