Liked: The Inn was well placed for our activities on campus. The staff was helpful, replacing a space heater that didn't work.
Disliked: The room was cold, but the space heater, when replaced, helped a lot. We never had a remote for the fireplace, which was a little disappointing. The pre-ordering for the breakfast was clunky, and it didn't seem to expedite service or even ensure correct orders. Especially on the 2nd day, there was so much dithering about in the dining room, picking up order sheets and moving them around, delivering food item, later another and only to one person, rather than the whole table at once. Ordering in advance was also a waste; my daughter wasn't hungry enough for what she ordered and she felt bad about leaving it.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: The breakfast and waitstaff were fantastic. The inn was very well kept clean and organized. There were little touches all over that made the stay even better. We will definitely be back.
