Lovely location but let down...

Liked: The grounds and location were great
Disliked: Myself and another guest were left waiting over 15 minutes at reception as there weren't any staff there to check us in. My room was not as advertised on booking.com webiste. I couldn't sit on the bed and watch TV as my head hit the ceiling on the sloping attic room.The shower curtain and shower base were dirty

Disliked: There is no accessibility in the premises, making it difficult to navigate and access the rooms! Food was poor and generally for this price, the quality is questionable!
