Liked: Super breakfast and good Sunday roast. Super helpful pleasant staff!
Disliked: Coffee in the restaurant and bar could be hotter !

Exceptional

Liked: Nicely refurbished room, great breakfast, pleasant and attentive staff.The leisure facilities are super and the gym has some excellent equipment.The hotel fits nicely into the landscape with lake views.
Disliked: Nothing major but we did think that the divan bed bases looked tired and changing them would complete the room makeover.

Liked: The room was excellent, facilities in room were adequate.The SPA could do with some modernisation.Breakfast and bat area was excellent
Disliked: Only thing for me was the light haloing around the blind in room, needs full blackout.

Liked: All the staff we came across were so attentive. Grounds were beautiful, very peaceful.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin. We could literally hear word for word the guy in the next room. He was chatting all night long! No milk to go with the tea and coffee in the room - first world problem I know but still it would have been nice to have it.

Liked: Location, food quality specially breakfast- well presented, well cooked and excellent choices. Very clean and well facilitated property. Staff are quite professional and definitely recommend swimming and spa facilities to enjoy. If you’re golfer definitely a heaven for you. Must visit place.
