Very good experience.

Liked: Very nice hotel. Close to Ascot races and Windsor. Bar and restaurant were both nice. Staff were polite and served quickly.
Disliked: Just the comfort of the bed. Mattress was hard

Did the job - clean...

Liked: Staff were polite and professional. Good size room and bed. Bed comfy. Nice large shower.
Disliked: Rooms separate from reception and bar. Bathroom handle loose and squeaked. Hand held shower was set to point at the shower entrance so when trying each knob to see which did what the floor was soaked. The toilet roll holder had very sharp corners which I caught my arm on.

Liked: Spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My only criticism is about the breakfast hot plates. The food was only room temperature. I feel it needed to be warmer.
