Liked: Excelente Location. Within the historical neighborhood and in front of the harbour. Close to Public transportation stations. The staff was really kind. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Noise coming from outside in the morning. Somebody was emptying trash containers and made a lot of noise.

Cozy room in Gamla Stan

Perfect location - but room...

Liked: I traveled to Stockholm with my daughter for a short stay and wanted a hotel in the city center, close to a metro station. Gamla Stan is a beautiful and safe area, and the hotel location was perfect—just a 50-meter walk to the ferry for Skanzen and about 10 minutes walk to the metro. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, though the breakfast room is in the cellar, which made it a bit tricky to navigate with a plate in the crowd.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor and felt much smaller than expected—not quite like the images we saw online. What we found most disappointing was that the bathroom had no heating whatsoever. In October, the bathroom floor was freezing! It wasn’t just that the heating wasn’t turned on; there were simply no heaters installed at all. These ground floor rooms should only be rented out in summer! We had to bring in a mobile heater to get any warmth in the bathroom. For the price we paid, I was quite disappointed to receive a room like that.
