Okay

Liked: The location for what I wanted to do.
Disliked: The bed was hard and there is no lift. Couldn't find staff when first arrived to check in.

Absolutely exceptional service

Liked: Alex (staff) was exceptional. Warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel has a nice history that she is willing to share. Food was of the highest quality and she was very keen to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Exceptional value for money and we will definitely stay again
