It was very bad because...
Disliked: It was very bad because they didn't have air conditioning and it was hot. I searched for hotels that had air conditioning, and this one was supposed to have it. They owe me a refund; this was very unpleasant for me.

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff was also "muy bien". Even the family room had a little balcony which I really liked. Very good hotel and I give them 4* at least:)
Disliked: a bit too noisy street- but it's the city center:)

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast too expensive, location was great
Disliked: room was very small mattress was very bad not good for back pain , we had issue about what blind kid the we reported they help us right away the next day they change the room I was happy on that

Disappointing
Liked: The location was fantastic. You get food and shopping nearby
Disliked: Room was small.Noisy. Could hear next room talking and baby crying. Could also hear furniture moving upstairs and water flowing down the pipe when upstairs room showering or flushing the toilets.There was also renovation going on, starting before 9am. Lots of noise.My room was just in front of the lift, so I got to hear housekeeping, coming out of the lift and talking loudly every morning at 8 am.The mattress was soft. Could hear creaking sounds when tossing while sleeping
