Liked: Clean, comfortable, spacious. Loved the floors (no carpet). Would definitely come back next time we visit.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was upgraded when we got here which was amazing. Property was within 15 minutes walking distance of most attractions, places to eat, and things to do in niagara. It was our first time staying here, and we will definitely come back to this hotel!

Liked: Hotel situated at 5 minutes walk from Clifton Hill. The staff is very welcoming and the bedroom very big. We had an excellent stay in this hotel.

Liked: The room was fantastic, the tub was even better. The restaurant was spectacular.

Liked: Stayed here last year and really liked the place so much we went back again for a 2 day getaway. The added bonus was they upgraded our room. Although we chose to sit down at the table in our suite , breakfast in bed is always an added bonus.
Disliked: Have to say the room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to guests staying in the room above. However I think it was a result of the wooden floors.
