Liked: Our room was beautiful and huge, too big really. I loved that breakfast was served in your room and it was very good! The AG Inspire Cuisine restaurant was awesome too and so was the wait staff. In particular, Lisa, who was our waitress even gave me a personalised Birthday card. Location was great! No view but easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
Disliked: When we arrived we were given an upgraded to a huge two room suite. Wow! was we thought, until we realised it was right next to the lobby. How bad could it be? It seemed like a quiet, upscale hotel. We were out and about for the evening so didn't realise until we got in for the night and went to bed that the floors and walls were paper thin. There is no carpet on the floors so no sound insulation. Rolling of luggage, tapping of shoes, banging doors, voices, etc from the lobby and from the room above us at 11pm. We called the reception to let them know it was a problem. It stopped only when people finally went to bed. The people upstairs were not doing anything wrong, it is the design of the building. To top it off all the pillows were hard and over stuffed. No sleep to be had. When we checked out in the morning we complained again but all she said was sorry. No comp.Also it would be nice to have a coat rack and boot tray as you enter the room. It was snowy and slushy when we were there and melted snow from our boots ran across the slanted floor everywhere.
