Liked: We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.
Disliked: Parking is paid 18€ a day.

Disliked: My only complaint was the step to go up into the bed area wasnt sturdy and should probably be repaired for safety reasons.

Liked: It was quiet and clean.
Disliked: We couldn’t get two consecutive nights in the same room. The front desk said they would call us as soon as our room was ready and I was told it wouldn’t be long they we’re cleaning rooms when we left. They made us take everything out of our room and they never called us. Very frustrating. No one offered us any compensation or offered to keep our luggage on the property, so we had to pack everything up and put it in our vehicle for 5 hours while we waited for the phone call. Very disappointing and so inconvenient.
