Liked: Excellent hotel, perfect location and very friendly exceptional staff
Disliked: It was new year eve so we didn't have house keeping on that day

Liked: Nice hotel, nice rooms, nice atmosphere.
Disliked: - The 'inter-room' door, to the next room (when you book 2 rooms next to each other) was unlocked and so our 'neighbors' could freely enter our room- Found multiple long hairs in the bathroom. Clearly, it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.- The top shower head was broken. Personnel came to check it out but just left without any update. Later on, we found some tape on the showertab, to indicate we couldn't use it anymore. No communication, no compensation.- Too warm overall in the room, and temperature control / AC didn't work. We set it on 18 degrees but kept on staying 23.

Elegant and well situated hotel...

Liked: The hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast was diverse and wonderful.
Disliked: Questionable maintenance. Got stuck in the elevator, the sink was clogged, and the smart toilet didn’t work and made an annoying sound while opening and closing automatically every few minutes all night long.

Great location but service needs...

Liked: The room was good, great location and breakfast
Disliked: Service at the Reception was very mediocre..3 people on the desks with no other customers in sight and we were or less ignored and then our bags took 1.30hrs to arrive at our room , and only came as we rephoned!Also asked at 4.30 in the afternoon for a refill of coffee pads and milk …. Didn’t happen!! Maybe these things are nothing dramatic but the room costs 500€ the service should be better !

Liked: We loved the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf. Iis an exceptional blend of luxury, elegance, and convenience. Its prime location by the Königsallee, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, outstanding dining, and relaxing spa facilities make it an ideal retreat. The attentive staff and impeccable service elevate the experience, while the hotel’s architecture combines historic grandeur with modern sophistication. I especially loved the ice rink opposite the hotel, surrounded by charming huts offering delicious food and drinks.
