Comfortable and good location near...

Liked: The room was upgraded for a fee however it was overlooking a side street and buildings .The rooms itself was very spacious clean and comfortable.I would say the breakfast for what was being offered was very expensive as buffet style.
Disliked: The menu in Jones restaurant was very limited for English guest ,however we got enough to do.Table service was average in the evening.

Beautiful Hotel, bad management decisions...

Liked: Good food, elegant rooms! My third visit.
Disliked: The Hotel had renovation on level four right above our room on level three! It was absolutely horrific! Staff at arrival had inaccurate information regarding my reservations via Booking.com and argued about same!Staff at Check out asked me to pay the bill again and I had already paid via Booking.com. Again had to prove same showing my Booking.com App on my phone.
