horrible due lack of wifi

Liked: I am waiting for my refund as I had to leave the hotel due to the hotel not having WiFi. For the cost per room of hotel advised as to in Düsseldorf not to have WiFi was totally unacceptable when it is indicated that WiFi is free. For those of us who have to work it was not possible to do so without WiFi. I even suggested that the hotel at least get me data but they wouldn’t
Disliked: hotel is beautiful and situated in the heart of Düsseldorf and high end shopping

Liked: Grand old lady is still going strong with impeccable service, amazing breakfast and very nice staff

Overall ok, but a bit...

Liked: Location was good, the room was clean.
Disliked: There was something wrong with the radiator it kept on making a noise during the night which woke me up. I thought someone was drilling the wall first but I guess it was the radiator. When I complained the next night they said the mechanics were off duty so nothing was done.

Dusseldorf visit

Liked: Overall experience is amazing. Location is prime in the centre and walking distance to everything. Rooms are spacious and hotel service is amazing. Front desk staff are very friendly and support.
