Scam; be ware of payments

Liked: Location is good and property is nice
Disliked: During check out, front desk said an open balance cannot be refunded due to system issue; promised to refund 165 Euros back in a couple of days. I waited 15 days and then called reservations who confirmed many times they refunded the amount; after more than 10 times of follow up. They said sorry refund has not been done and promised again to refund in a couple of days. I also received an email with a refund receipt after sharing my card details. Here comes the surprise, they re charged my credit card with an additional amount. 2 times of charging my card without my approval. What a scam?????

Liked: The staff and facilities were fantastic. So much so that I was disappointed that I was traveling for work as I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the facilities and surroundings more. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and the food was beautiful and rooms very comfortable and quiet
Disliked: The only thing that would have been better would have been to have an iron in the room
