Built in 1913 Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof is located in the center of the first district of Vienna only a few steps from the Hofburg Imperial Palace. Free WiFi is available. The Herrenhof's air-conditioned rooms are very spacious and comfortably furnished. central location. perfect for christmas...

Liked: The location is great, center of the old town, close to all the sights. At the same time comfortable access by car and vallet parking. Nice cozy bar, large rooms with good soundproofing. Everything was perfect

Nice hotel in great location...

Liked: Great location and comfortable beautifully furnished rooms.
Disliked: At checkin they confirmed the pre-arranged extra bed in our children’s room. It wasn’t there and we to ask for it twice. They also placed us in rooms on separate floors. The phone in the kids room didn’t work so we couldn’t communicate with them. To sort all of this out required 2 phone calls and a trip down to reception and took over an hour which was a frustrating waste of time, when we only had a short time in Vienna.
