Perfect place to welcome in...

Liked: We had a room overlooking the Neumarkt, which gave us a great view of the hustle and bustle of the Christmas market. The staff were exceptionally professional and helpful.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Charged me twice for the stay, paid in advance thru booking. com . Then charged my credit card for the stay because they wanted my card for incidental. After they admitted the charge was a mistake and they said they credit my account. It never happened. Now I have to fight the charge. Go somewhere else!

Liked: Great location, great breakfast, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, would definitely recommend!
Disliked: The pillows are too soft - almost no support for head and neck.

Fantastic location perfect for exploring...

Liked: Location fantastic, good choice at breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: At peak times the breakfast room is quite chaotic. Some people really don’t know how to behave in a nice hotel - we saw jogging trousers and flip flops at breakfast and another family let their 3-4 year old child use the hotel lobby like a playground (including joyful screeching). Such a shame.
