Truly nice experience!

Superb

Liked: The location was right in front of the Christmas Market, right in the city center. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and stores nearby. The onsite parking is really convenient.

Liked: Location, service.
Disliked: AC is very loud and hard to control climat. Cups and kettle, but no spoons. Dry air and dark.

Perfect place to welcome in...

Liked: We had a room overlooking the Neumarkt, which gave us a great view of the hustle and bustle of the Christmas market. The staff were exceptionally professional and helpful.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Charged me twice for the stay, paid in advance thru booking. com . Then charged my credit card for the stay because they wanted my card for incidental. After they admitted the charge was a mistake and they said they credit my account. It never happened. Now I have to fight the charge. Go somewhere else!
