Liked: Nice hotel close to the station. Spacious room that is cleaned spotlessly every day, and a delicious, extensive breakfast!
Disliked: It wasn’t too bad, but the whole hotel was a bit on the warm side. With energy prices in the Netherlands, we’re no longer used to heated spaces! :)

Liked: Facilitated early check in. Tourist bus stops right at the door. 100m from the train to the airport.
Disliked: Nothing

We really loved our experience...

Liked: The breakfast was great:a big variety of food, professional and smiling staff. My baby loved the robot carrying the plates to the kitchen. It is a great location to go witch children. It is possible to have a dinner at the hotel's restaurant i' the evening, so no need to go out if the weather is ugly.
Disliked: We had to wait some time for the baby cot to be delivered. It was a little bit worn out.

Perfect location, great gym &...

Liked: Location is perfect, it basically sits on top of Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Phenomenal views from a great gym. Amazing Spa / Sauna - will try to be back soon.
