Liked: We liked everything. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, the decor was tasteful, and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the setup was beautiful.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything!

Liked: Comfortable and well designed room. Pleasant low lighting.Nice bar. When I arrived, and I realize my room faced the square I asked for a different room and they gave me a quieter room.
Disliked: The restaurant is closed three days a week. there's actually hot food available in the bar area, but on the website it says it only has bar snacks so I made plans to have dinner elsewhere. The spa was closed.

Liked: The central location. The atmosphere of luxury and calm in the hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately the spa was closed during our stay. However we received a room upgrade once we expressed our disappointment .

Liked: Excellent location, staff very polite and friendly, excellent breakfast and very, very nice bar.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that the sauna and spa area were under renovation. It was one of the main reasons I booked it and It wasn't mentioned on the Booking.com website. There were other hotels available with the facilities I wanted.
