Disliked: We agreed to skip daily cleaning of our room and got a 5 € Bonus for the stay , which was not applicable on our bill.. only for food or drinks..Means spend more money on us .. savings for the hotel .. strange

Liked: Great place to stay. Wonderfull food and really nice spa. I totally enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming back.
Disliked: Parking lots are kind of smaller. Just be prepared if you will have a rental car as I did, it is scary to try to fit in. Anyway they do have parking and I managed to park :)) not a hotels fault probably anyway.

Relaxing view of the Kiel...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel, the staff, and the comfort of the room. The view of the harbor was pleasant. The breakfast was sumptuous and had lots of delicious options.
Disliked: When I arrived, the room was quite cold and the heater control is not intuitive - there is no panel. As my heater was malfunctioning, it required the intervention of a technician. At the end, everything had been fixed properly.
