I loved Nuernberg

Disliked: Bed was very soft, pillow was not what i am used to.... breakfast was not great...

A beautiful historical hidden gem...

Liked: The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable. The location in old town was spectacular. Easy to access by train. Plenty shops and restaurants in the close vicinity.
Disliked: The room was hot so you will have to leave the window open. There is no fridge in the room for water or drinks. The modern compact shower is very small. The WIFI simply doesn't work, it gives you connectivity just to tease you.

A lovely short city break...

Liked: Location was very good and it is a charming traditional hotel. One of the staff called Jessica was so very helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms and fresh towels daily.
Disliked: Some of the staff were not very friendly in fact the night porter was very grumpy, there was a lovely girl called Jessica who made us feel very welcome and she was very helpful. The restaurant staff were not accommodating, even trying to get a meal in the restaurant was a nightmare, it felt as if we were a nuisance to them. No air conditioning and the room was very stuffy so had to ask for a fan. Would have liked a small fridge in the room to allow for a cold drink during the night. This was our second stay in this hotel in fact we encouraged 4 other friends to stay there too but the experience was not as good as the first time we stayed,

Liked: Excellent hotel for a city break. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and food in the bar/dining area was very good.If I ever go back to Neurenburg, this is the hotel I will be staying in.

Liked: Located within the walls of the Altstadt, a lovely old traditional hotel with restaurant and bar. Breakfast was very good, all staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was a bit dark, despite the lighting and lamps
