Liked: Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. Very good location and plenty of direction and help to places. The room was comfortable and we would definitely recommend it to others and perhaps return.

Centrally located hostel

Liked: Amazing location not far from the Central Station.Lobby was cozy with sofas and work stations and a nice cafe/bar area
Disliked: The self contained was very small which was ok for a few nights. Don’t think i could have stayed longerGood value though in pricey Copenhagen

Liked: room was very spacey, and beds very comfortable. also the bathroom was very updated, and great. check in check out quite fast too.
Disliked: i did not like the high price of luggage storage and i did not like that there are no ways (for example curtain) to close the pods/beds and have privacy in a shared room. The staff was a bit short when interacting, I would have appreciated a warmer and calmer approach.

Fantastic accommodation, staff and location....

Liked: Everything. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming every time I saw them. When I booked I informed them about my disability and they were able to accommodate me with every thing I needed. The rooms were much bigger than I thought and were clean and tidy.I shared a room with 3 other women and in my 2 nights stay only saw them once. The lockers in the room are huge and the beds were really comfortable. They had a place to store my phone and drink when I slept and a reading light on the ceiling on the bunk. The plug socket was in a handy location and the room was really warm. They have walking tours on daily and also other activities which are advertised in the bar area. The food was tasty and fresh.
Disliked: Nothing as everything was so much better than I expected.
