Liked: The customer service was excellent! We loved the lady who checked us in. She was very friendly and even called me right away after checkout to tell me I left my pillow. Cleanliness! Walking distance to downtown
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: The gentleman working was rude. We were overcharged by $100 for the room. The place is outdated, uncomfortable bed.

Liked: Location to car ferry was close. Close to shopping & downtown farmer’s market on a Friday afternoon & eve.Easy to find out way to beach & park area & explore.
Disliked: Room needs a nightstand on both sides for devices; one cpap machine. Brought nightlights & wall taps to plug in essential mult devices as the room sorely lacked placement & enough outlets. No lid on toilet making it impossible for spouse to have a place to sit for safety & dress/undress when using the bthrm.Queen bed was tight for us although we are not large people. Not enough ledge by sink for toiletries, etc. Biggest issue was lack of safety bars in bthrm. Not sure if photos when reviewing hotels showed that. I had to make sure I was almost in the shower w spouse due to risk of falling. And couldn’t sit on a closed toilet for toweling off because the closing lid was missing.
