Liked: The interior of the property is very nice and well kept. The staff were excellent and taking genuine care of us in little time. Interesting building I want to look up history about.room is very clean.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit out of shape and had low spots.

Liked: The hotel has such an old world feel, staff very nice, the room was comfortable.
Disliked: The heat element was a little difficult to get it at right temperature.

Liked: The customer service was excellent! We loved the lady who checked us in. She was very friendly and even called me right away after checkout to tell me I left my pillow. Cleanliness! Walking distance to downtown
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: The gentleman working was rude. We were overcharged by $100 for the room. The place is outdated, uncomfortable bed.
