Great, inexpensive place to stay close to downtown.
Liked: Reservation; check in; attention to detail with pre check in text asking if I needed anything prior to arrival; clean, comfortable room; location and price!
Disliked: Water pressure was really low; pillows were flat; coffee machine leaked.

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.
Liked: Friendly staff, clean parking area
Disliked: Small, uncomfortable rooms, Train noise

I will not return.
Liked: The free breakfast at Rosie's.
Disliked: Beds were too soft. The back side of the bathroom door had lots of chipped paint. Nothing attractive about the room.

clean and affordable with a...
Liked: Its right next to the Steam Plant restaurant which is really something special. The front desk women were upbeat and helpful. They did a great job of keeping the steep driveway clear during the snowstorm. The beds were comfortable and the freezer actually froze my ice block, unlike some hotel fridges. It a short walk to the mall downtown and a good value for the price in my opinion.
Disliked: Its helpful to understand that the location is also near an underpass where unhoused people are living. The night we stayed there was a lot of rowdy behavior happening in the underpass that was pretty loud. Earplugs were provided however, and the front desk staff was really cool. The floor lacks insulation so its really cold, consider bringing slippers.

Convenient location
Liked: The location was central downtown, which made it a convenient home base while in Spokane.
Disliked: There were a lot of vagrants around the area, and they told me they lock the lower parking lot overnight for safety. So I moved my car from right in front of my room, to the lower parking lot for the night. However, when I took my older dog out in the middle of the night and again first thing in the morning, both times the electric gate was wide open! I was out there for about 10 mins each time, going up and down the block with my dog, and no one was even coming or going the whole time. Just wide open. I will say, the other two nights the gate was always closed when I took my dog out, but regardless, I felt it was safer to just park it in front of my room at that point. Also, the large king sized bed in my room definitely had some wear on both sides. Luckily it was just me and my dog so I could sleep in the very middle of the bed, but it dropped by like a couple of inches at the edge of the bed on either side and would have been impossible to sleep on if I was with someone. Overall, I would say this hotels general upkeep does not feel like a priority, and the design in the rooms is very dated, like late 90’s - early 00’s Fred Meyer.
