Great, inexpensive place to stay close to downtown.

Liked: Reservation; check in; attention to detail with pre check in text asking if I needed anything prior to arrival; clean, comfortable room; location and price!
Disliked: Water pressure was really low; pillows were flat; coffee machine leaked.

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Liked: Easy to get to. Great hotel. Accepts pets. Inexpensive parking.
Disliked: Train at night. It got loud.

Get what you pay for.

Liked: Room seemed clean. Staff seemed ok.
Disliked: The noise. This hotel is very close to railroad tracks, and they were very noisy. The hotel did provide earplugs but they were not enough. All night it was train after train after train. There was also police activity near the hotel in the middle of the night with police giving somebody instructions over a loudspeaker twice. The sheet that was on my bed did not fit very well and it kept popping off the corner. TV channels were limited. And there was a surprise $5 parking fee on my invoice.

Liked: Reception was quick easy and very pleasent staff excellent and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Good location. Great parking on site or across the road in a pay lot for $5.00 Dollars for 24hrs. Ear plugs provided for light sleepers due to proximity to the main Rail line through Spokane.
Disliked: Nothing to mention.

Liked: Good location, basic faculties. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No mention of the trains running all day and night. There’s ear plugs provided but hardly helped. Was awake multiple times during the night. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault per se, but there’s no mention of it. It’s very apparent when you stay there. No exaggeration, all day and night.
