Great, inexpensive place to stay close to downtown.

Liked: Reservation; check in; attention to detail with pre check in text asking if I needed anything prior to arrival; clean, comfortable room; location and price!
Disliked: Water pressure was really low; pillows were flat; coffee machine leaked.

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Disliked: The desk clerk couldn’t be bothered to try to help.We asked for directions to the performing arts Center. She didn’t know which is okay, but she couldn’t be bothered to try to find out for us.We went to the Steam plant restaurant for supper, then stopped at the desk and asked if she could phone a taxi for us, and she said “we don’t do that???This was our second time staying there, but we won’t be back, and have already told our friends about it.

Great hotel for a really...

Liked: Great hotel for the price! Close to walk to an event at the First Interstate Performing Arts Center, so we didn't have to pay for parking. Also had a nice breakfast included at a nearby hotel.
Disliked: Train goes by often and several times throughout the night, but they do provide the room with earplugs.

Liked: rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of reviews mentioned how loud the trains were, but I really didn't notice it at all.
Disliked: The area is pretty dicey as far as the homeless people on the streets, but if you are aware of them and are able to avoid them, it's not that bad
