A pleasant stay, albeit parking...

Liked: Honestly, Hotel Z has the comfiest, coziest, and warmest bed and bedding. The staff giving us the ability to get 2 free snacks or drinks was also really helpful. Having access to free, unlimited water helped us out on our trip immensely. Normally, I would be buying bottled water for our stay. The location was superb as we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit and we were only about 15 minutes away from all of the museums. And hey! The staff were friendly and great.
Disliked: I'm betting in the larger rooms/suites that there are microwaves and mini fridges. Unfortunately, in the basic room they didn't have those appliances. I rely on those heavily while travelling so not having them really hurt. It is enough of a deal breaker that I'd stay elsewhere at the same price point if they had a fridge and microwave. Also... Maybe it's just the location but the lack of a parking lot for our stay. I could forgive it if there was a deal between the hotel and a local parking lot, but there wasn't. We did end up finding a decent place to park but without the help of the staff. This info would have been nice to share with a hotel guest before they arrive.
