Beautiful hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was superb. This will definitely be my go-to place the next time I am in downtown Chicago.

Nice Location with amazing Bed

Liked: The Vibrant Location. All major shopping store nearby. Millennium Park and River Walkway is at walking distance including the Broadway Theatres like Chicago etc!
Disliked: No help to get you in the hotel when you arrive with luggages. You are dropped at the road with heavy suitcases and then you have to mange them while opening two heavy doors. Hospitality and warmth to welcome is missing! They don’t even offer to take your luggages upstairs. Very basic hospitality is missing compared to the price you are paying.

Liked: Location. Most staff are friendly
Disliked: a) No noise cancellation on the windows or between rooms . You can hear people talking down the street. b) Lack of basic services . No bellman for example. The hotel is already charging a lot , why don’t they provide that?c) They charge $25/day “resort fees” and expect us to fill up a bottle of water at a public cooler in the lobby that is so slow to fill a bottle. Just provide 2 bottled water like a normal hotel.
