Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect and size of room for the standards of New York was great. Really good cleaning of rooms every two days. We felt safe in the area. It is pricey but that's normal for the standards of NY
Disliked: Bathroom could have a bit more room for amenities

Excellent stay in NYC. Comfy...

Liked: Such a comfy bed. The room is very clean. The location is great, handy to the Theatre District and Penn Station. The room is very quiet too. I loved the free afternoon cookies.
Disliked: Laundry facilities would be helpful

Liked: The room was well appointed with closet and hangers for clothes, Keurig for coffee, spacious bathroom with HOT shower and the beds are superior in comfort.

Passable

Liked: Very small room, floor hasn’t be swept when we arrived. Couldn’t get down one side of the bed for the air conditioning unit. Couldn’t only store hand luggage under the bed due to the weird design under the bed. One morning we had no hot water, staff said they were very nonchalant that they were working on it but no real apology for the inconvenience.
