A great stay , good...

Liked: Everything was wonderful! The staff was really helpful on the few occasions we had any questions. The group felt really good and welcomed there :)
Disliked: Nothing, everything was wonderful :)

Disliked: There is a grocery store at the intersection of the hotel. There are always some strange people at the door of the grocery store, which is a bit scary. In addition, the room of the youth hostel needs a table. During our stay, we were lying on the ground to get things.

was a pleasant stay and...

Liked: The breakfast was good, but could be extended for a bit later into the morning.
Disliked: the ramp to bring the bikes upstairs were a bit challenging, could be helpful to have an elevator.

Reliable, friendly hostel - convenient...

Liked: This was my second stay at StayOkay. The staff are friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is excellent for HS train station, which is great for day trips out of The Hague. It's also easy to get to the city centre by tram or by foot. The beds are comfortable, the showers are good, the heating appreciated. The price is better value for money than comparable hostels in the city centre.

Superb

Liked: The hostel is very popular place for short stays in the town. In the same time it's well organised and clean. It has a spacious lobby with a bar, billard, registration desk and the kitchen plus a veranda or a deck onlooking a nearby channel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are semi isolated with own energy sockets and lights including lockers which can be used as wardrobes. Best french fries with mayo on the bar!
Disliked: The terrace on the second floor needs an overhaul and refurbishment.
