Loved it - lively, safe,...

Liked: Loved the friendly staff. They were very helpful. The 10 hour lockers are a great help when you're in early or have a flight later than the checkout time. I could store my luggage and freely roam around the city without any worry. The food and drinks were great. Even being a vegetarian I got some good options. I'd suggest you have your breakfast at the hostel itself as they have a really good breakfast buffet spread.

friendly atmosphere

Liked: location is great. rooms are clean . free cinama and pop corn option on saturday nights.
Disliked: Wi-fi connection is valid not very good. They don't let people eat inside in the hall room area (when you bring from outside)but the inside cafe prices are quite high.

Liked: Me and my bff stayed in a room that was for 2 people. The hotel was pretty clean and alive. Its location was amazing. However i expected shampoos in the shower. Which I've noticed it's absence in the morning so it was a total bummer. Other than that the staff was quite kind. The envorimentally friendly approach was great. If you're looking for a short stay in amsterdam i would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Towels were rented and there were no toiloteries in the showers. The rooms lighting was not enough.
