Liked: Pet friendly + Staff are amazing!!!

Bad kids, bad parenting, and...

Liked: Every time my family and I stay at the Dells we always choose to stay at the Staybridge. We love the studio rooms they are nice and cozy. We especially love the pantry lol breakfast was yummy
Disliked: It was my first time making a waffle in a waffle maker and I was having trouble rotating the waffle maker because I didn't know how to turn it when it was beeping at me, I struggled for a minute then tried looking for help but none of the workers there offered to help :( but then a nice gentleman saw me struggling and showed me how to turn the waffle maker. Also I don't think you guys should sell pool noodles for kids anymore, my family and I (3 of us) decided to relax in the hot tub while there was a group of kids (like 7 maybe) swimming in the pool and one of the kids had a pool noodle and was slamming the pool noodle against the water making a loud banging sound that after a couple minutes got very annoying. Then about 3 or 4 of the kids decided it would be fun to one by one open the emergency exit door to the pool, hold the door open so they could I don't know get a cool breeze from the freezing air then jump into the pool over and over again! Maybe if there are going to be kids in the pool then parents should be there too or maybe you should have someone watching the pool so that when customers are trying to enjoy the pool/hot tub and there are rude kids ruining it for other customers trying to enjoy what they paid for!!! Even our 17 year old daughter who was trying to enjoy the hot tub was getting irritated at the annoying and loud kids. Maybe use a little less chlorine or something. As we were sitting in the hot tub, our heads weren't even wet yet, but the chlorine was bothering our eyes really bad from just sitting in the hot tub.

Very nice hotel and comfortable...

Liked: I liked the size of the rooms and location and the nicely sized indoor pool/hot tub. The staff is friendly. The breakfast area /lounge was very nice also has a fireplace.
Disliked: First, the coffee selection provided could be expanded to include higher-quality options or a wider variety for coffee lovers. It’s very watered down and bad tasting. Luckily Starbucks is a block away! Additionally, I noticed that the property allows pets, and while I understand the appeal, it could be beneficial to have designated pet-free rooms to ensure cleanliness and prevent potential issues like fleas. These small changes could make the stay even more enjoyable for guests. The dogs bark at night and the walls are too thin you could hear people talking in the next room. Also, while it’s great to have a cooking option, there doesn’t seem to be proper ventilation in the space. This made cooking challenging, as the smells from food lingered for a long time and affected the overall comfort of the room. It might be helpful to improve the ventilation system to make the space more functional for guests who wish to cook a meal. Lastly, You have to wait a very long time for the elevator since theirs only 1 and this hotel has 4 floors.

Liked: The property is in a great location, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff could be more helpful. I asked for a few herbal tea bags as I did not feel well. The young lady at the front desk told me they don’t have any. The next morning, of course there were plenty herbal tea bags on the breakfast tea table. I guessed she did not feel like opening a cupboard..

Liked: Hotel was very clean as usual, easy check in, good parking.
Disliked: The door of the bathroom on my room did not closed, day one breakfast was ok, day two scrambled eggs were uncooked and smelled kinda rotten.
