Disliked: The queen size bed is more like a full. To small for a large couple. The mattress also needs replaced. It sagged in the center.

Liked: I paid for 2 nights .. on the day of check in no one said the pool was down.. the whole point of that hotel was the location and pool.. I feel it should have been stated especially since the front desk attendant said it will be down for 2 months.. why would that be withheld if the main attraction at this property is the pool. They said I could check out with no penalty .. but why would there be if your hotel didn’t express all amenities were not available. I asked for a partial refund .. she said no. I could just leave if I wanted . Now I’m disputing the whole stay!
