Liked: When we arrived the front desk clerk had the most wonderful personality and informed us that there was free beer and wine in lounge. Free breakfast. Facility was so clean and staff were so friendly. Pets are welcome which was why we chose Staybridge. We will stay in one of their hotels anytime we can now. Luxury at a great rate. .

I was very disappointed in...

Liked: The hot water only!!!
Disliked: The room had dog hair on the couch, chair, bedding, floor! The breakfast staff was unprofessional in the way they talked to us! My granddaughter spilled cereal so they proceeded to take all the cereal from the breakfast area! My grandson spilled chocolate milk I went to get some napkins to clean it up the staff came over and said “Don’t be using all my napkins to clean it up” in a hateful tone of voice! The room couch mattress was dirty and you could see rust on it. You could feel all the springs in the mattress so we could not use the pull out couch. The smell in the room was terrible! I felt like I was smelling and living in dog! As soon and we got in the room 2 of my grandchildren started coughing. The staff only made the beds and gave us clean towels during our stay.
