great weekend in Wilmington

Liked: the location was beautiful and convenient to meet up with family and friends and enjoy the city

Liked: Breakfast was not bad
Disliked: Self service luggage, staff not particularly helpful about that, for a downtown hotel at that price.Toilet in room plugged up, big hassle with that. Key card hard to use.

We’ll definitely be back and...

Liked: From the moment we checked in, we were treated with wonderful hospitality. Exceptional service was provided to us from the security manager, Lawaune, who made it a point to share her favorite places to dine in the neighborhood. Later in the lobby, a very professionally sweet Tamara treated us to a glass of wine and welcomed us to the hotels “happy hour” with delicious snacks. The chef’s creations were amazing! Tamara even made sure we had ice to take back to our room for a drink. At the end of the evening, a most attentive front desk representative named Tracey printed out a parking pass for our next day’s destination in DC. Wow! We were blown away by the staff and the accommodations, including a most comfortable bed and nights sleep.
