Won't stay again

Liked: The location to where we were going
Disliked: We asked about a military discount and we're told that we would be paying $7 MORE with the "discount", so we declined. The room we were first given cards to had the door cracked open was the incorrect room size and the bed had sheets unmade. Got new cards went to the room and it was the wrong size again, but after traveling 8 hours we just wanted to relax. The bathroom was dirty, hair stuck to the shower wall, very little water pressure, the bathroom door had something all over it, the box spring under the bed had mold on it and was filthy. Our king suite was one room instead of a living room and bedroom. On top of that, our total was $11 more than what we were told at booking.

Will never stay here again....

Liked: Busted. Pipes exposed. Outside looks nice, inside is super dirty and old.
Disliked: Filthy. In serious need of repairs

Liked: Nothing the front desk gave us the wrong direction to get to the elevator and room
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, and the trash on the floor carpet wasn't clean. The whole floor smells really bad. There was no lighting around the facility or parking area completely dark. The hotel was pitch dark

Liked: Location and how the hotel looks outside. We stay in different locations in your hotels and it was pretty good.
Disliked: Room was not updated for long time. We stayed in suite and extra bed was not comfortable at all. Walls need updating and bathroom was in really bad condition. We even skipped shower bc water was not draining

Liked: Rooms wonderful except for a very Rocky toilet. Night light needed…Nice breakfast….Guy at desk very nice and helpful.
