Liked: Marina provided exceptional service during breakfast; she was incredibly attentive and ensured we had a great experience. The breakfast itself was excellent—comprehensive, with a variety of hot food and fresh options. Servando also stood out for his professionalism, promptly assisting us with cleaning the room and offering timely help with the sofa bed when requested. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and overall, the staff's attention to detail and service was outstanding.
Disliked: The sofa bed is outdated and VERY uncomfortable, as the springs are noticeably felt. I would strongly recommend replacing it with a newer model to enhance guest comfort. This was the only aspect of the experience that fell short.

I was very dsappointed in...
Liked: The location was easy to access from the highway, and Staybridge looked nice. Marina was friendly each morning in the continental breakfast area as were the people at the desk.
Disliked: My room was handicapped accessible. Placed on the 3rd floor, if there had been a fire, I wouldn't have been able to use the stairs to escape due to my mobility issues, so that was scary. What a ridiculous idea to place handicapped accessible rooms on any floor but the first because the elevator is not an option during a fire! The toilet and tub were scary to use, and not handicapped-accessible in a smart way. We purchased a toilet riser and a tub mat to make each safer and more accessible. The shower had a moveable seat that was so low, I only used it once. Like the toilet, my knees were above my rear end when I sat down and it was a struggle to get up. The grab bars in the shower were smooth so they were slippery when wet. Because of how the shower seat extended past the edge of the tub, the shower curtain had a gap in it so it was easy to get the floor wet when showering. The clothing rack was so low above 2 drawers that even our shirts were crumpled at the bottom because the space between the rack and drawers was too small. The bed was so high that it was hard to get in and out of. The office chair had moveable arm pads, so it was hard to stand up from it because they weren't stable. I couldn't sit on the couch and get up because it was so low and offered no support. The continental breakfast was repetitively carb-heavy so we bought other food. Housekeeping didn't appear to be in our room daily so we took out our own trash and requested clean towels from the front desk. There was trash piled on top of and beside the trash can by the elevator almost every day we were there. We were stunned that there were only 2 handicapped parking spots for the whole hotel! We tried to get into another hotel but room availability didn't fit the length of our stay during a holiday week so we just endured.

Very, very decent.
Liked: Hotel under renovation, making it less clean. Decent breakfast, but with not a lot of healthy options. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Ventilation system and refrigerator noisy.
