Liked: I liked it was pet friendly . I liked the mini kitchenette . The main bed was comfy. The breakfast provided had many options.
Disliked: I didn't like when I checked in after a long road trip that I was pretty much insulted. The reception gentlemen literally looked at my drivers license and said is this actually you? What happened? I was mortified and pretty upset that all of a sudden I had to be self conscious of what I looked like at 1 am because he was looking at me like I was some hideous beast compared to my drivers license. The only other complaint was the pull out was pretty rough shape ( mattress) but the other bed was great. I asked for a receipt at check out and was told they couldn't give me one because I booked on booking.com. I was a little weary of this because no matter what I should be able to see paperwork of what I was being charged and deposit refunded. This worker was very polite though .

Great Edmonton Stay

Liked: Everything!!! The staff, the breakfast, the room complimentary laundry, the location....the list is long. Probably the best Canadian hotel that our family has ever stayed in.
Disliked: Nothing, personally myself. The kids said the pool was boring haha
