I will be staying here...

Liked: Breakfast was great, room was comfortable clean and spacious. Pool/splash pad was a blast! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. :) Great location, a lot of restaurants/shops close by.
Disliked: No complaints!!

Our hotel had friendly staff....

Liked: I liked that it included breakfast and had a comfortable dining area and lounge area. The kitchen staff were very helpful and friendly as well.I loved the pool and children's play area by the pool.The best part was that we were able to have a totally accessible room with a roll in shower, grip bars, easy open entry door, and kitchen area.
Disliked: At the end of our second day, I asked to add another night to our booking. The Front Desk person asked for my info and my Room Number, which I gave. She then looked it up and said it was available and said yes that we could stay another night. I said that Yes, I want to book another night. Our hydro was out at home, which was the reason we needed the hotel, and we had learned that our hydro was not back on yet so we really needed to stay. The next morning, my sisters were confronted by another staff member saying that we should have left! I was out at that time and they were worried, even though they told him that I had booked another night. When I returned, I found that the hotel, Staybridge Suites, had "checked us out" and I had to rebook a room for that night. Fortunately they had not booked someone else in our room and the Front desk remedied the situation. This problem issue was jarring at a time when we were already put out of our homes, which were in a region that was in a state of emergency.

Rooms where clean and close...

Liked: The room had everyrhing you needed.
Disliked: There wasnt any thing i didnt like about our stay.

Comfortable

Liked: We travelled as a family for Family Day weekend! The kids loved the pool. We had an awesome time and truly enjoyed ourselves! Towels were hard to come by and the pool deck could have been cleaner!

Breakfast staff were amazing.

Liked: Clean. Kitchen in the room with a full fridge that made ice. Well stocked with coffee, tea and popcorn.
Disliked: There are no dislikes
