Staff was great but found...

Liked: The beds were comfy, staff was friendly and breakfast was great.
Disliked: Our room had not been well cleaned, the couch was covered in questionable stains and when my young son opened the curtains we found a pair of dirty underwear left by the previous guest

Perhaps one last chance?

Liked: My family and I stayed at this hotel while in town for a cheer event for my 3 kids. We drove from Pennsylvania, and what was supposed to be a five-hour drive turned into about seven hours due to multiple stops because my kids unexpectedly got sick along the way and then we got stuck in traffic. Because of that, I had to move back our check-in time, and we didn’t arrive until a little after 10:00 p.m. After such a long and exhausting ride, we were really looking forward to getting a hot shower and some decent rest before a long day. While the room itself was comfortable and the staff was really friendly, there were some major issues that made our stay way more stressful than it should’ve been.Not long after we got settled in, two teenage girls were running around on the second floor, banging on neighbors' doors and causing a lot of chaos. One of them was wearing green Grinch pants, and the other had a blanket on with practically no clothes underneath. This woke my sick kids up, and just as we were trying to calm them down, there was a really loud and hard bang on our door, it sounded like they might have kicked it. That bang startled my kids out of their sleep, along with my husband. I was already awake, but it took me a while to get the kids back to sleep, especially my 5-year-old, who was really shaken up.I tried to call the front desk, but neither of the phones in our room worked and didn’t even have power cords, so I had to use my cell phone instead. By the time I got a hold of the front desk, I was extremely frustrated and stressed out, so I’ll admit, I got a bit nasty with them. I was in full fight-or-flight mode at that point and even told the staff that if those girls banged on my door again, I would go out there and beat them up, irrespective of them being teenagers. I know that wasn’t the right thing to say, but the whole situation had my adrenaline through the roof.

It was good the pool...

Liked: It was nice and clean.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t clean and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days.
