Good place to stay.

Exceptional

Would not stay here again...

Liked: Check-in staff member (Mahesh?) was very nice, and the folks handling the breakfast were very kind and took a lot of pride in their work. High marks for both. Room size was also very nice for our family.
Disliked: We checked in at midnight, and checkout out at 8am, because we were coming from out of town and just needed a place to sleep before a game the next morning. All seemed fine until I called to have them send me my receipt that I hadn't received, and realized I had an EXTRA $500 charge on my card. They claimed we had burned a hole in the carpet during our stay, and the hold was for damages to the room. The room was fine when we checked in, but it clearly had been well used and there was wear and tear in various places. For the price, I didn't really care because it served the purpose of giving us a place to sleep. Now I wish I had chosen a nicer hotel, and would highly recommend anyone staying here take photos of your room upon check-in, and make the front desk staff walk the room with you to acknowledge any wear/damages prior to accepting occupancy. If not, it's possible you run the risk of them pinning past wear/damage on you. Just a massive waste of time, and a very frustrating way to end a trip. Hoping that filing a police report for fraud will at least help with disputing the added charge with my credit card company. I've never had this experience at a hotel in my life, and would not stay here again. Incredibly disappointing, because until this happened, I had been very please with the experience and thought the value for size/quality of room and location was actually very fair.

Nice clean updated hotel close...

Liked: Stayed here because the pictures of the property were nice. Close to the venue for the concert my daughter and her friend were going to. Also, a heated pool for my son to swim in which at 3- 4 1/2 ft was perfect for us. As we arrived the lady at the front desk was warm and inviting. Making sure we felt at home and having everything we needed. The room exceeded our expectations. A full kitchenette with 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch. The shower was also a decent size. The heater worked great as well. We were aware of breakfast being included, but appetizers before dinner was a nice surprise as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back!
Disliked: No complaints, everything was great. The only thing is we couldn't figure out how to connect to the tv. It wasn't a big deal and I know it easily could have been fixed by reaching out, but us not using it wasn't a loss.
