You get what you pay...

Liked: The upside was that the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is currently under renovation. We arrived expecting to use the pool and found out upon checking In that it was closed. The rooms are a bit outdated (as of right now). A few of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and the bathtub had rust in it. It was also a weird smell in the room. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The Columbus location is Way better and updated fully.

Decent Stay in Out of...

Liked: Good variety of breakfast selections. Breakfast is available until 10:30 am on a Sunday.
Disliked: Noise from people walking in the unit above ours. The location was in a mall that had nothing around it.

Staff and breakfast are great,...

Liked: Breakfast was great as always. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very nice and responsive
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms was not great. The bed sheets and sink/vanity were fine, but the walls in our bathroom had bloody fingerprints or spatter which was really disturbing, and all the doors had years of dirt, grease, and whatever else deposited on them, so I don't think they have been wiped in the 15+ years I've been coming to stay here.
