Disliked: There are 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel that hold approximately a 2 foot by 2 foot bag that were disgustingly stained . We were on the 2nd floor and couldn't find any carts in the morning so had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs, 6 trips

Disliked: They were remodeling and they put us directly u def a room they were working on and they starting working at 7:30 am waking everyone up. The pool and hot tub were not working and the breakfast person could not keep up with the food for people. It’s the worst experience I have ever had there and probably won’t be coming back. That’s not good since I am an IGA member.

Liked: The beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly
Disliked: There was a questionable stain on the foot stool. Remote to tv in living space didn't work..the sofa bed had a very thin uncomfortable mattress. The pool was closed if we would have known thos we would have postponed our stay here. We were in town for my foster daughter's birthday celebration and she couldn't swim like she wanted to so very disappointed.

PSA: DO NOT STAY HERE

You get what you pay...

Liked: The upside was that the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is currently under renovation. We arrived expecting to use the pool and found out upon checking In that it was closed. The rooms are a bit outdated (as of right now). A few of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and the bathtub had rust in it. It was also a weird smell in the room. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The Columbus location is Way better and updated fully.
