Staybridge Suites Tampa East- Brandon, Tampa

Room was perfect! We booked 2 king beds and actually had 2 bedrooms with kings. The hotel, room, dining areas were very clean. Staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. One in our group actually left his wallet on a dresser in the room with cash and credit cards. We called and front desk had his wallet and all was returned! We will definitely be staying there again.

Liked: Cleanliness and quiet, staff was polite and helpful, area was quiet away from city but not too far from necessities.
Disliked: Shower pressure not great, huge gap under our entrance door, breakfast was lacking food and had to wait for more.

Liked: Only nice feature was the free laundry room and size of the room. Housekeeping staff were courteous as were the reception staff.
Disliked: Hotel is outdated. Rooms were large but not clean. Bathroom needed repairs, missing base board, holes in shower from removed shelves, dirty. Beds were ok but when asked for alternative pillows, none were available. Kitchen sink faucet, handle kept falling off. Pull out bed was nasty and was cleaner to sleep just on the couch. Breakfast staff were rude and unable to keep up with number of people eating. Often running out of plates and silverware. It was like you were inconveniencing them if you asked for anything. Yes it was winter bur outdoor pool was dirty and hot tub was not operational. Was overall disappointed in the hotel
