Liked: It was clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Well-appointed room, wonderful staff.

Liked: Location is very convenient to the Syracuse Airport and the Liverpool area. Suite was very well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with extremely helpful and friendly attendant.
Disliked: We were there in the winter, and the windows leaked a small but noticeable amount of cold air. Also, the bathroom had wash cloths and bath towels, but no bathmat or hand towels (a minor issue).

Pleased with our stay.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious, and the woman who worked the breakfast made our stay really nice.
Disliked: The shower wasn't hot enough, though they sent someone right up to fix it.

Liked: The location was excellent. Right off the thruway. Close to everything.
Disliked: Extra blankets were not readily available in the room.
