Had a very pleasant stay at Staybridge during a very busy weekend in St. Petersburg. The hotel staff is outstanding. The free breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant staff is unusually friendly and accommodating. I would have liked more space in the bathroom, better lighting for reading in bed, and a table and chair for eating when taking advantage of the very nice kitchenette.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; great breakfast; clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: Tiny bathroom; no table for eating; not enough lighting for reading in bed.

Liked: All the areas were very clean! Breakfast was much better than most and the Happy Hour was a great extra! Pool area was clean and nice as was the Fitness Center. The location was so convenient, especially for accessing the USF campus.

Disliked: No one told us it was a long stay hostel!! It was being used for displaced people, workers,people who had been turfed out of their rented apartments because the owners wanted to do work. The three washers and dryers were in constant use The worst thing was that all these people were taking all the breakfast which was included plates piled high and taking the food back to their rooms it was so disgusting that we couldn’t watch them so had to get something out. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR TOURISTS The few that were there on spring break were talking the same. AND TO ADD INSULT WHEN WE CHECKED OUT EARLY AFTER GIVING 4 DAYS NOTICE BOOKING .Com HAD THE CHEEK TO CHARGE US £133 POUND

Liked: Nice morning breakfast, clean comfortable room, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities available.
Disliked: Towels not delivered daily, small trash cans, no big deal for us.

Would stay again

Liked: Breakfast was great, lots of options. Amenities were nice, and to have the option of the pool available even though we didn't use it. Having the kitchenette and full fridge was also a great feature to have. Room was spacious, beds were comfy....Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: They don't automatically clean the room and when we requested service after our 2nd night, no one came so we had to get towels from the front desk after arriving back late at night. We didn't have coffee mugs in the room either even though we had a full size coffee maker. Overall some of the staff wasn't the friendliest. Just a smile when we walked by would be nice, just as I said hello and greeted them.
