Liked: Location, friendliness of staff, free breakfast, price of parking and cleanliness of room
Disliked: The TV remote in our room did not work and luckily my husband was able to manually work the TV to change the channels and he had to unplug the TV to turn it off. This should be checked as part of the room’s turn over process. The person at the front desk had to leave to respond to a problem in one of the rooms leaving the front desk unattended. A couple was waiting to check in and they were very frustrated and I don’t blame them. They told us they had been waiting for over 20 minutes but they had no choice to wait. People are tired when traveling and expect a smooth and timely check in process. This is a management/staffing issue! The female at the bar stated “She would be right back.” She should have been crossed trained to the front desk to alleviate this issue. There were only 2 people at the bar and they had their drinks and she was just talking with them. Come on people! Paying customers expect certain expectations from the hotel they choose. There are certainly plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

Liked: Very friendly staff, great location.
Disliked: My room had a burned out lightbulb, no hairdryer until I asked for one (both of these issues were quickly remediated by housekeeping), mold growing above the shower, the deadbolt didn't work. The room felt neglected.
