The room was exceptionally clean...

Disliked: I would have appreciated more "grab and go" items for breakfast. More muffin selections, fruit, yogurt. I didn't like, or understand, that I was paying $60 at check-in for "mystery extras" and how payment for items in the pantry worked. I felt like I paid $60 for 2 bags of Fritos from the pantry. There were no soft drinks or bottled water offered in the pantry nor soft drink machines or ice machines on my floor. While there was a fridge in my room with an ice maker, the ice maker managed to produce only about 5 or 6 small ice cubes.

It ruined our New Years...

Disliked: I paid $150 for a 2 bedroom suite, to spend New Years with some friends, so no one would have to drive. Instead, we get the hotel, there is only 1 bedroom, with 2 beds! Not what I paid for, and not what was on the reservation confirmation that booking.com sent me. The hotel could care less, and wanted to charge me more money, for what I already paid for. So New Years Eve was a bust for us and we couldn't even drink because we couldn't even stay at the hotel. Last time I use booking.com!!
