Horrible pool area

Liked: Breakfast was good, and the room was good for us. The cou ters are a little low for toddlers , came right to our little ones forehead.
Disliked: The pool was supposed to be heated and working properly. It was gross. The Jett were hardly working and freezing. I could not even get it, and it was out kid's christmas gift( a little get away) because of the pool they were devastated we didn't all have fun as a family like we wanted.

Liked: The staff members were great and the entire facility was vety clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room was a bit shabby. The carpet had snags and stains, the furniture was torn, and they were using a plug in air freshener, which was overpowering. The bathtub had a large section that had been patched. Overall the room had a run-down feel.
