Disliked: Where to start… I was there with family and 4 kids we was on vacation first the hotel is old they should change carpet it smells, second the pool has really cold water, and the worst thing about 10pm hotel staff called our room and threatening that will expel us out because kids stepping too loudly, I’m sorry that kids 2 and 3 year old can walk correctly, and when someone threatens you at 10pm with kids on Saturday night it’s not good, so I don’t recommend to stay here especially for families, and top of ever the hotel was that night basically empty I was asking that they change our room if we are already loud and someone makes complain on us and they rudely say to me we will not change your room we will expel you. The hotel is only for workers but for the price of staying better service you can get in cheaper hotels

Horrible pool area

Liked: Breakfast was good, and the room was good for us. The cou ters are a little low for toddlers , came right to our little ones forehead.
Disliked: The pool was supposed to be heated and working properly. It was gross. The Jett were hardly working and freezing. I could not even get it, and it was out kid's christmas gift( a little get away) because of the pool they were devastated we didn't all have fun as a family like we wanted.
