Liked: Managers reception and very friendly shuttle driver..didn't get the drivers name but he was quick and friendly.. Tuesday night shuttle at 11pmAnd of course Mr Steve.
Disliked: Our toilet...had to hold the handle down during flush and wait in order for it to empty anything not liquid..Our kitchen sink leaked and was shut off under neath..in order to use it we had to turn water on and off from.useing the valves under the sink..We reported both issues and were told " we will have them look when you leave, you will probably get a discount for your problem" we didn't get a discount...don't say it if you won't do it.

Liked: My entire family enjoyed the breakfast every day for the four nights we spent there. The food was hot and fresh with a good selection of items. The facility was well maintained, clean and well stocked. The renovations were complete and they looked great. The morning cook was very accommodating, pleasant, and courteous. I really appreciated her service. All of the staff was very warm and friendly.
Disliked: The elevator squealed, probably can use some WD-40. And our toilet needed to be serviced to stop the continuous running. Minor things that were fixed once reported.

Quality, friendly, helpful staff would...

Liked: The staff were just so genuine and helpful nothing was too much trouble. They really appeared to want to assist in every possible, way the weary traveller. The room was very clean and tidy and nicely presented. It had been recently renovated.
Disliked: It was not the fault of the hotel staff but renovation was taking place in the breakfast are but they did their best to sort out a 'to go' breakfast.
