Very good hotel

Liked: A little away from downtown but a comfortable hotel. Metro is 7mins walk away. Room is exceptionally large, with king size bed, a large fridge, complete kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Spacious bathroom with good toiletries. Spacious breakfast hall with amazing good spread of breakfast items, tea, coffee and fresh fruits. Hotel offers 24/7 complimentary coffee situated at the reception area.

Liked: 1. The hotel is within walking distance of the Red Line metro station, making it a convenient location. 2. The suite layout is functional. 3. The staff was attentive. 4. Breakfast was a nice bonus!
Disliked: The room was not clean upon arrival, I found crumbs in the kitchen and hair in the bathroom. When I called for help, I was told they were short-staffed, and the manager only wiped down some surfaces instead of properly cleaning the room. If they improve housekeeping, this hotel would be perfect!
